Dawtek has been co-ordinating a range of tender processes with The Salvation Army Employment Plus since 2005. For example, Dawtek assisted TSAEP with the preparation, editing, copy writing and submission of the Employment Services tender.

Dawtek is currently working with VCAT on a substantial project for the writing and editing of organisation-wide business documentation and processes. Initially, the project consists of delivering workshops to gather the required information from staff members and develop draft documentation. The next phase is to re-work the documents and processes in an operational capacity. The final phase will consist of editing and proofreading to ensure all documentation meets the in-house style guide and corporate requirements.

Dawtek worked with Rural Ambulance Victoria for 12 months. Our role within the Information Services Department was to develop their IT-related policies and procedures for distribution throughout the organisation. Additional work with several project teams consisted of producing marketing and training materials including user guides, presentations, quick reference guides and technical documents.
