Our results speak for themselves

Tender writing is a specialised business working with organisations to prepare successful tenders, proposals and bids. Tendering is an intensely competitive environment. Dawtek uses industry insight coupled with experience and superior writing skills to successfully deliver tender outcomes.

Our extensive experience, unique methodology and professional presentation help to deliver a success rate of over 70% – against a background of small and medium as well as large businesses, and with challengers as much as incumbents.

Over the past year, Dawtek's solid experience has successfully guided these organisations through the tender process:

Automotive Repair Services: Four small mechanical repair businesses combined forces to create a consortium and utilised the services of Dawtek’s experienced tender writers to win a lucrative Victorian government contract over larger, national companies (May 2011).

Commercial Cleaning: A Victorian-based company successfully tendered for the provision of specialist commercial cleaning services to a major city council (Nov 2010), as well as to a government department with high-level security requirements (Sept 2010), both three-year contracts. In 2011 to date, we have completed over 40 tenders for this company, with a shortlisting success rate of 80%.

Drug & Alcohol Testing: A Queensland based company has won a million dollar contract for the provision of drug and alcohol testing to a state government organisation.  This is a 3-year contract and will comprise over 3000 tests per year.

Employment, Accommodation and Aged Care Services:  A 100% success rate (3 out of 3) in tendering to government contracts has ensured this company continues its successful delivery of government-funded area health services across New South Wales (Mar 2011).

Healthcare Products and Services: A Melbourne company has been shortlisted for 2 multi-million dollar contracts with two of Victoria's largest Hospitals and HealthCare providers (Sep 2011).

Health, Medical and Safety Supplies: A Victorian company has won a tender for the provision of safety and medical supplies in New Zealand.  The value of this tender is over a million dollars (Oct 2011).

Information Technology: An IT company has successfully secured placement on a panel of providers for a government department. Their first attempt was unsuccessful, we came on board for their second attempt and helped them to win their spot on the panel.

Logistics Management: A nation-wide company won a multi-million dollar contract providing storage and logistics management services across Australia to the Federal Government (May 2011).

Recruitment Services: A recruiment company in inner Melbourne, specialising in engineering, technical, administration and customer service areas has won a 2 year contract for the provision of personnel with one of Melbourne's water providers (Sept 2011)

Security Services:  A Victorian-based company won the contract as sole security provider to a group of Melbourne’s prized heritage theatres (May 2010).

Social Media: A Melbourne-based company won a three-year ongoing contract to provide social media management and monitoring services to the Australia-NZ arm of the world’s second-largest confectionery manufacturer. This was a major win against stiff competition from larger firms, in a highly visible arena where overseas companies are watching with interest (Nov 2010)

Traffic Management: A Queensland based company has just won a minimum 12 month contract to provide traffic management services across two Australian states. This is a huge win for the company and will mean great development and expansion opportunities.
