Our experience extends across winning multi-million dollar tenders for our clients, to developing and implementing business documentation across organisations.


Dawtek partners with Campbells Wholesale in the sourcing, writing and editing of Campbells Wholesale tender submissions. We have been working with Campbells for the 18 months and during this time we have successfully submitted five tenders, of which four resulted in contracts, valued at over AUS$30million.


We were engaged by Schweppes Australia to write, develop the content and format a multi-million dollar tender proposal. We worked with Schweppes Australia to understand and refine the features of their proposal, and to identify and outline the key benefits and gains for the tendering organisation. Schweppes Australia was successful in winning the high-profile, multi-million dollar contract within an extremely competitive market.


Dawtek was approached by Boral to assist in consolidating varying OHS systems and procedures across four divisions of the company into one. Dawtek re-wrote, edited and proofread 60 OHS procedures and developed 156 supporting forms. Consistency and accuracy were vital, and Dawtek continually ensured that the individual requirements of each Boral division were met.


Dawtek was engaged by the Department of Defence to write, edit and proofread a series of key communication and information products, such as fact sheets and guides. Dawtek completed each of these communication products within the agreed timeline and developed in accordance with DSA style guides, language requirements and department requirements.


Dawtek provides an end-to-end tender service for this Melbourne nursing agency; encompassing writing, editing, formatting, and delivering their tender submissions. From the three tenders we submitted in the last four months, one was shortlisted and two were successful and we are celebrating! We have also been involved in designing and formatting supporting documentation for their tenders, including policies and procedures, charts, and reports.


Dawtek has partnered with Status Employment Services since 2014. We complete their tender responses as well as other corporate materials such as their annual report and an application for a new business. Status has been successful in all five tender responses and continues to receive millions of dollars of funding.


Dawtek has worked with Challenge Children’s Services on various government tender submissions. They were recently successful in securing 12.5 million for funding over a four year period. This was the second highest amount of funding awarded.


Dawtek has been writing tender submissions and proposals for Ultra Health (formally Steeldrill) for the past ten years. During this time we have submitted over 50 tenders, with a success rate of 70%. The successes have resulted in multi-million dollar contracts with government entities and large medical and health organisations.
